Gerund
Verb এর সাথে ing যখন noun এবং verb এর কাজ করে তখন তাকে Gerund বলা হয় । তবে Gerund মূলত noun এর কাজ করে।
Walking is a good exercise. Here waling is a gerund.
কোথায় বসে?
- Subject হিসেবে: Swimming is a good exercise.
- Object হিসেবে: I like editing.
- Adjective এর পর: A good swimming helps you to build up your body.
- Preposition, Article, Determine এর পর:
I like in reading.
It is a singing bird.
নিচের কিছু verb এর পর (V + ing) মানে Gerund বসে।
